Highlights
Our
most memorable customer
experience occurred some 8 years
ago. We had been serving the
needs of one of our clients for
2 years on our unique
maintenance plan. Every 4 months
we would clean this lady’s white
carpets for health reasons
mostly since they were
immaculate. When she sold her
home, the new owner exclaimed
that in comparison to other
similar homes in that
neighborhood, what impressed her
most was the condition of our
client’s carpets. When the new
owner asked who maintained the
carpets, we were immediately
contacted. The new owner saw the
value of well maintained carpets
and became a regular maintenance
plan customer for the next 8
years!

About the Owner
Until a reoccurring knee injury,
Mr. Hughes was an avid tennis
player. A funny incident
occurred several years ago when
a neighbor of Mr. Hughes went to
pick up her restrung tennis
racket that was hung right next
to Mr. Hughes’ racket. She
commented on the name on the
racket to be picked up was in
fact Larry Hughes. It was
confirmed: the lady then
commented that she was a
neighbor and that Mr. Hughes was
a professional landscaper. The
business owner politely argued
with her that Mr. Hughes was a
carpet cleaner because he had
been served by him. After a few
minutes of bantering, the lady
exclaimed, “He may be a carpet
cleaner, but he is a
professional landscaper in my
book judging by his yard!” In
fact, Larry Hughes loves
landscaping, coaching girl’s
softball, and Wisconsin Badger
football.
