larry@hughesdry.com. Open memberships are limited
to companies which do not provide the services currently
being offered by the network. Interested candidates
must be able to:
- Serve the North Metro Atlanta
area
- Provide 4 trade references
- Submit the names of 10
clients served within the last 6-7 months
- Demonstrate a strong track
record of exceptional customer service
- Commit to Constitution and
By-Laws of the HPCA and sign an Oath Of Excellence
MAINTAINING QUALITY-PEER REVIEW
SYSTEM
"There is no room for shaky
confidence with any member in our Alliance," say
Assistant Director, Buddy Wofford, Marketing Director
for Aquaguard Basement Systems. Every four months, a
peer review board evaluates each participating company
regarding their status within the HPCA. Should any
company fall short in delivering quality and timely
service, they are expelled. States Wofford, "In this
way we will attract only the best contractors to better
serve our valued customers."
Additionally, as one realtor
exclaimed, "This list of contractors is so valuable to
us. But what we appreciate even more that there is
accountability and a person like the Director should
problems arise."
It should be noted that if any
of these contractors fail any client in any way, please
contact Larry Hughes, 678-494-4884. Every attempt will
be made to come to some kind of equitable resolution
whenever possible.
